- For the fastest response time, please use our Express
Sign Inquiry System to inquire about the availability and prices
of specific signs. Your request is broadcast instantly and simultaneously
to all the dealers on our network. After submitting the Express Inquiry
on-line form, one of two things will happen:
- If the sign you want is available, then one, or more, of
our dealers will contact you within three (3) days with their
prices.
- If the sign you want is currently NOT available, then you
will receive NO REPLY from our dealers. NOTE: Your
inquiry is kept on file for thirty (30) days after submitting.
Should the sign you want become available, notifications will
be e-mailed to inquirers starting with the most recent and
going back thirty (30) days.
- You may also still e-mail us at info@neonsign.com.
Calling Neonsign.com directly will not speed up the process.
However, for telephone inquiries, please be specific as to the brand
and model of beer sign you want. Do not fax. NeonSign.com represents
other neon beer sign dealers and collectors around the USA. We will
refer your serious inquiry to the appropriate neon beer sign dealer,
or collector, who has the sign you are looking to own.
- The prices shown at the neon beer signs
list include the sign, custom box packing, and UPS/FedEx,
or other ground type delivery anywhere within the continental USA.
The prices listed at the web site are for reference only. The current
selling price will be offered upon a customer's inquiry.
- Available status of a specific sign means that the sign is in-stock,
or readily at hand.
- Signs may be ordered by credit card from the individual dealer who
accepts them. Dealers will not accept orders, or charge credit
cards without confirmation of a sign's availability. Payment can
also be in U.S. funds with a check drawn on a U.S. bank, or international
money order. Signs may also be ordered C.O.D. at the dealer's discretion
(additional charge, US orders only). Money orders and personal checks
will be made out to the individual dealer who actually does the shipping.This
may not be Neonsign.com.
- All signs undergo a thorough inspection, careful packing and are
in excellent working condition when shipped. All sales are final
unless the sign is damaged during shipment, then a customer may
elect repair, replacement (if available), or refund. Damage notification
must be within 48 hours after delivery and original packing materials
must be saved. Occasionally, the use of exterior tube coatings in
some neon signs may result in the dislodgment of small color flecks
during normal manufacture and shipping.
- For shipments outside the continental USA, use the inquiry form,
e-mail, write, or call us to make individual arrangements. Not all
dealers export. For customers who will be using 220V electrical voltage
with their signs, we recommend the use of an outboard 220V to 110V
transformer converter to 'step down' the voltage to the USA standard
(110V) in use by the beer signs.
